Microsoft Access Projects

We're often able to create an Access database solution for $1,350 to $2,850, although some projects may cost much more, based on the complexity of the application. We can provide fixed prices for our Access projects, so you'll know what the price before we begin work. Here is a sample of recent projects that we have completed:

	Financial Dashboard System: We created a backoffice system for a suburban Atlanta local government that has transformed their data processing. The financial dashboard interfaces with their AS/400, downloads credit card transaction activity from their bank's web site, streamlines their budgeting process, and many more functions. This project was recognized at the 2003 Government Finance Officers Association conference in New York City.
	Bid Tracking Module: We created bid tracking and specialized pricing modules for a hauling company. This database interfaces with Peachtree Accounting, and also calculates the payroll for the truck drivers, who are paid on a per-load basis.
	Database Improvements: We enhanced the usability and automated daily tasks in an existing Access database for a plastics manufacturer.
	Depreciation Database: We created specialized depreciation database that creates importable journal entries for Solomon (a mid-range accounting software package).
	Room Rate Database: A database that allows a 22-location hotel chain to enter their room rates in an Access database that then automatically updates their web site. The database also allows rate reports to be e-mailed, so key personnel are immediately notified of rate changes. The database also maintains an audit log, so changes in rates can be tracked.
